I’m paying it forward by sharing my story. Here’s how I got my life back!

Life throws you curve balls and how you bounce back and what you do about it, well that’s up to you.

After a couple of life-changing injuries with lasting effects on my body. Not being able bend down and get up again without help. I couldn't even throw my saddle on my horse. The list goes on. I thought I was going to be stuck there forever.

I tried everything—physio, yoga, stretching, ice/heat therapy, topical pain relievers, and medications. I got temporary relief at best. Nothing lasted.

So there I was stuck, with feeling older than I was and not able to do some of the simple things in life. It just sucked.

I had to find something that would work, I kept searching, looking for a
solution to get me back to living… and then I found it! A post on a friend’s FB page. Honestly, I was skeptical– but WOW!

It changed my life. My body doesn’t hold me back anymore. I’m out doing the things that I love to do. All the things that really matter. I am full of energy and excitement, my heart is full. 

Now, I'm on a personal journey toward cellular health and whole-body wellness. I believe we all have something special to contribute, something meaningful to share with others.
